Biography:
While attending college at the University of North Texas, I had the
opportunity to intern with Communities in Schools of North Texas. It is
a non-profit organization that helps children overcome adversities in
their lives. It was such an opportunity to work among some of the most
creative and caring people. This experience led me to pursue law school.
One of my favorite things about Thurgood Marshall School of Law is
that there is a sense of family and community. Whether my needs are
academic, personal or business, there is always someone there to support
me through it. I am very grateful for the opportunities and support I am
receiving at law school.
There is a growing need for Vietnamese-American attorneys because our
community is growing. I feel that I can be a bridge between the old and
new generation. There are a lot of opportunities to learn and practice
the law which will be a good chance for me to give back something to my
community.
