Baldemar Gutierrez
Baldemar was indeed victorious against Ford Motor Company. A
jury in Duval County, Texas awarded Baldemar’s client $110
Million-dollar verdict against Ford. Ford’s defective door latch
caused the death of Baldemar’s client.
Baldemar F. Gutierrez is the founder and president of The Gutierrez
Law Firm, Inc. Baldemar was licensed to practice law in the State
of Texas in 1977 and founded the Firm in 1978. In recognition of
his multiple million-dollar trial verdicts, Baldemar was awarded
membership into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
Baldemar has also been recognized by American Board of Trial
Advocates for his trial record. Texas Southern University—Thurgood
Marshall School of Law awarded Baldemar its prestigious “Hispanic Alumni
of the Year” honor in recognition for his contributions to the legal
profession and the Hispanic community.
Over his 30 year career, Baldemar has earned a stellar reputation as
a trial lawyer
in the areas of injury, death, forgery, fraud, consumer, and criminal
cases. Baldemar’s victories are too numerous to list in their
entirety.
