2nd-3rd Year/Appellate Litigation/920-1
A study of the conduct of civil and criminal appeals. The course
entails intensive instruction on skills involved in the preparation
of an appellate brief and the conduct of an oral argument. It also
includes a study of appellate procedures and scope of review.

Seminars/Thurgood Marshall Seminar/860
This is a legal writing course designed to continue to
develop the legal writing skills that you learned in Lawyering
Process I and II: persuasive legal writing, legal methods, case
analysis, problem analysis, statutory analysis and legal research.
However the focus of the final product is a law review article and
not legal court documents.
