Electives/Sports Law/789
To give an overall review of Sports Law and provide
discussion into current topics such as the ongoing investigation of
Barry Bonds, Roger Clemens’ indictment, the collective bargaining
wars, Kobe plays in Italy, etc. Also, to provide practical insight
into drafting professional sports employment contracts and to
understand the commissioners’ power in football and baseball to
penalize alleged wrongdoers.
