Course Objectives, Goals, and Descriptions

1. To explore U.S. Immigration law and practice through lectures, class discussions,
   demonstrations, written assignments and skills training.
2. The Immigration Clinic engages students in representation of live clients in a
   variety of immigration cases.
3. This course is designed to teach the student some of the basic legal skills
   necessary to represent an immigration client, focusing on a client centered
   practice.
