35:3- Spring, 2010
The Thurgood Marshall Law Review will publish 35:1 this fall. The journal will consist of articles
surrounding the topic, “Barack Obama: Politics, Law and Policy.” Some of the top legal scholars
in the country regarding this topic will have their work published in this edition. The issue will
provide great insight for the legal community and will be a wonderful research tool for scholars,
lawyers, and students.
The winter edition (35:2) will focus primarily on Criminal Law. The Law Review is at the early
stages of planning this short edition. However, the articles will concern newly enacted law
in this particular field.
At this point, the spring edition (35:3) will be a general journal, including a few selected articles
covering current legal issues in Sports and Entertainment law.
