Services
The Information Systems and Technology Help Desk handles questions, problem
reports, service requests, and inquiries from faculty, staff, and students
regarding computer hardware and software, Internet connectivity, and related
issues.
The TMSL IT staff is responsible for maintaining all computing and audio-visual
equipment. The IT staff also provides training for the faculty and staff.
The Law School e-mail is maintained by the OIT department on main campus.
E-mail can be retrieved through the Internet by entering "mail.tsu.edu"
and follow the instructions.
The main campus does not provide dialup services via the Internet.
All service requests will be handled by the first available support specialist.
All service requests are logged in to track the problem, time, and priority.
