There are several different processors available for laptops. We recommend the Intel® Core™ 2 Duo processor which will perform well in laptops.

Areas Not Supported

The Information Technology department does not support software or hardware that do not contribute to the academic, research, or administrative work of the University.

The Information Technology department does not make physical changes to computer hardware, such as installing Ethernet network cards, additional RAM, hard drives, etc.
