There are several different processors available for laptops. We recommend the Intel® Core™ 2 Duo
processor which will perform well in laptops.

The Information Technology Department will not support software or hardware that does not contribute to the
academic, research, or administrative work of the University.

The Information Technology Department will
only support Windows based devices. We do not provide
support for other Operating Systems (i.e. Apple, Linux, etc...)

Because of liability issues, the
Information Technology Department will not provide service on
student and/or personal computers.
