  • Symplicity: Create an account or log in to post a job, sign up for OCI, or update your profile.

Virtual Jobs/Scholarships Bank

The Career and Professional Development Office hosts a virtual jobs/scholarships bank year-round for students and alumni. Posting a position or opportunity is a quick and direct way to reach quality candidates. For your convenience, we have provided a form that we ask you complete and return to careerservices@tmslaw.tsu.edu.

2017 On-Campus Interview (OCI) Program

Each year legal employers representing law firms, corporations, courts, government agencies, and public interest organizations visit our campus to conduct interviews. Employers may also participate in OCI through virtual resume collections and/or video interviews.
The On-Campus Interview (OCI) Program is held at the beginning of each Fall semester, although employers are welcome to interview on campus year-round. After registration, the CSO facilitates every step of the process from collecting applications to providing interview accommodations. Participating in the 2017 Fall On-Campus Interview (OCI) Program is a great way to streamline your recruiting process while accessing some of the best talent in the legal market today. To assist you with this year’s OCI Program, the CSO has provided a Registration Form for all interested employers.

Although the official registration period has closed, we invite employers to contact the Office directly for late registration and/or to inquire about other ways to recruit on campus.

Registration for the Fall 2017 OCI Program is now underway. For more information, please contact the Office.

Professionalism Programs

With a full Career and Professional Development Team in place, the OCPD was able to host over 30 programs focused on professionalism during the 2016-2017 academic year. We could not have achieved this success without the assistance of practicing attorneys, industry groups, and bar associations who were willing to support our programing efforts. If you are interested in participating in or sponsoring a professional development program, please contact Assistant Dean Nikki Smith at 713-313-7372 or nismith@tmslaw.tsu.edu.
