Each year legal employers representing law firms, corporations, courts, government agencies, and public interest organizations visit our campus to conduct interviews. This year, OCI will be a hybrid of in-person and virtual!

Monday, August 1st, 2022 - Friday, August 5th, 2022

The Office of Career, Professional Development & Diversity Initiatives (OCPD) at Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law (TMSL) invites employers to participate in our VIRTUAL Fall 2021 On-Campus Interview (OCI) Program.
OCI Session I will be held Monday, August 1, 2022 - Friday, August 5, 2022

Why participate in Thurgood Marshall's On-Campus Interview (OCI) Program?

It's an easy and convenient way to conduct interviews with as many candidates as you would like in one format on a date of your choosing.

Important Dates:

  • Registration: February 14, 2023 through March 5, 2023
  • Student Bidding Period: July 1, 2022 - July 11, 2022
  • Employers Review Student Bids: July 11, 2022 - July 15, 2022
  • Deadline for Employers to Submit Selected Candidates: July 22, 2022
  • Student Accept/Decline Period: July 23, 2022 – July 26, 2022 
  • Interview Schedules Available for Employers & Students: July 28, 2022
  • Interview Dates: August 1, 2022 - August 4, 2022,  (In-person)
  • Interview Dates: August 5th, 2022  (Virtual via Flo Recruit) 

Registration: 
submit your registration via the CSO website [law-tmsl-csm.symplicity.com
After accessing your account, please follow these instructions:

  1. On the home screen, look for the “Shortcuts” menu on the right side of the page.
  2. Click “Submit Schedule Request”
  3. Then, you should see a menu regarding Schedule Requests where you simply select the session “VIRTUAL Fall 2022

On-Campus Interview Program,” or “Resume Collect” and then answer all required fields.
Resume Collect Option
The "Resume Collect" option allows employers to receive application materials and contact candidates directly to schedule interviews outside of the OCI dates.
