The Technology Department at Thurgood Marshall Law School is dedicated to providing timely and efficient support to the faculty, staff, and students of the Law School. We are focused on providing quality technology solutions to your academic and administrative needs. We provide in-house support for all hardware and software provided by the Law School and/or TSU, as well as networking support for our servers and web development for the TMSL website.
Desktop support provides technical support for all client PCs, laptops, printers and classroom equipment provided by the school. Remote administration tools are utilized whenever possible to minimize interruptions and provide faster service. Support services provided by Technical Services personnel include: installs, configurations, connections, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or the repair of computers or peripherals. More detailed examples of the types of service are provided below.
Hours of Availability:
Desktop Support Services are provided to the school during regular business hours (8am to 5pm). After hours support is also provided on a case by case basis. To request support, contact the TMSL Help desk at x1120 or for non-urgent issues email us at TMSL-Help@tmsl.tsu.edu.
